Verse 1:           Some folks down here don’t understand why we plan to go to church and sit and listen to the preacher and what he has to say. He tells about the Bible and how Christ died and gave his life. So we might live forever when Jesus comes again.

Give Something Back To God

Verse 1:           We pray for rain, famines, and quakes; violence, wars, and crimes. We think we can take on the world and control our own lives. We’re always asking for a favor and never want to give, but the Lord is  waiting for someone to say, “Can I give something back to Him?”

Chorus:            Can I give something back to God? Can I give something back to Him? We’re always asking and receiving and never consider Him. If you give a little something back, for all He’s done for you. You’ll see how He can bless you too if you give a little something back.

Verse 2:           We need to share the gospel story with everyone we know. Tis a wonderful story of Jesus’ lowly birth. How He died to save your life and how He was crucified. For all He’s done wouldn’t it be nice if you give something back to God.
